Along with the economy's rapid development in our country, the mileage of highway is increasing. In order to adapt to the excessive load and traffic, most of the highway have taken the semi-rigid pavement as their major pavement structure. Cement-stabilized crushed stones course have two distinct advantages which are high intensity in base course and good moisture susceptibility, so it is used widely in our highway construction. While, its construction quality of the cement-stabilized crushed stones course is paid more attention. It is proved that the variability of construction quality is one of the key factors affect basement construction.On the bases of plenty of tests, combine with the construction of bo-fu highway, the author carry out research analysis of the factors affecting the performance of cement-stabilized crushed stones, including four parts mainly: the variability of aggregate, the variability of main parameters in mixture production, the variability of parameters in transportation and spreading, the variability of structure features. The aim of the research is to find out the variability level and make sure its effect to the construction quality. To make sure that the construction control level be raised, the research presents the measures about how to raise the construction level and reduce the construction variability, at the same time, it also make some suggestions about the reasonable parameters and control methods which will be helpful for the construction. The research makes effort to control the quality of the base course during its construction through the analysis of the parameters variability of construction, fine out effective measures to reduce the construction variability, and make sure the high quality of the pavement structure.
