The Iec 61850 Standard And Its Application

This paper probes into and studies the information enfolder, Function Decomposition, semantic explanation and analyzer and abstract communication service mappings in the standardization of RCS-901 transmission line relay protection equipment incompatible with the IEC 61850 standard according to the requirement of Relay Protection and Fault Information system which is under design and construction.a) Information enfolder: this paper brings forward that incompatible equipment should be modeled as an information entity which could do the very same thing as the original one. And then we do the standardization of "the mirror" in order to make this pack seem like a real IEC standard equipment. On the other hand, the mirror one should be synchronized with the real one at any possible time.b) Function Decomposition: "Function Free Distribution" is an important goal of standardization. In the future substation automation system, the function will not be constrained within the equipment. There will be more complex collaborations among substations which needs the real "Interoperability" between different equipments supported by different suppliers.c) Semantic analyzer: in order to realize "Interoperability", there must be a contract between the clients, which is the semantic certainty. So for each equipment which will be enrolled into system, a semantic announcement is required. Anyway, the "use case" is the foundation of dividing complex function into the tiny semantic sets.
