Since intelligent building first appeared in America in 1984, building intelligent system has had great development. At the end of late 1980's, it began to be used gradually in China. Intelligent buildings have sprung up like mushroom after rain, and have taken on a continuous tendency in the building fields since the beginning of 21st century. However, not all the buildings can successfully start intelligent system according to the design requirements. The rate of successful starting of intelligent system is too low.In the light of the present situation and problems of building intelligent system project management in China, the thesis darws lessons from the advanced and successful project management mode and experiences, and adopts the approach of project life cycle to set up standard project management procedures and strict controlling means of project management through monitoring of the key project process (start, plan, implementation, control, and completion).The thesis analyzes the management mode of "engineering project contract of intelligent" and discusses the concrete implementing methods of project management under the mode. It then puts forward the bidding approach for intelligent system project. Moreover, it also clarifies the concrete steps of intelligent system, and gives the detaided process of project construction management. The author hopes that the thesis can make some contribution to improving management efficiency of Chinese building intelligent system project.The thesis is composed of seven parts.Chapter 1 introduces the definition, content and development of building intelligent system, analyzes the present problems existing in the project management of building intelligent system, and puts forward the significance of the research as well as main structure of the thesis.Chapter 2 analyzes the typical cases of building intelligent system.Chapters 3-6 anaylze the start, plan, implementation and completion of the project according to life cycle of building intelligent system, and offord the relevant solutions...
