Since intelligent building was firstly appeared in 1984, building intelligent system has had great development in the resent twenty years. With the further development of the global information process and the information industry, the intelligent building has been attracted more and more attention for it is known as an important base of the information society. As the intelligent technology renews rapidly and the intelligent building involves many disciplines and management, the advanced project management mode is regard more and more important for the project quality guarantee in the building intelligent project procedure.The present paper is focus on the research and practice of the building intelligent project management based on the building intelligent project of Gaochun economic development zone of Jiangsu. The main contents include following:Firstly, the building intelligent system composition and the building intelligent project features are introduced. The review of the building intelligent project management status is made, and the put forward the objective of the present research as well as the main structure of the present paper.Secondly, based on the advanced project management mode and successful project management experiences, as well as the building intelligent project situation in our country, the approach of project life cycle is adopt in the Gaochun economic development zone intelligent project to set up the key project management stages, such as the design of intelligent system, project implementation and completion. And some solutions are put forward corresponding to the key problems appeared in the different stages.Finally, the conclusions and the prospects to further study are made.
