The Application Of Project Life Cycle Management Theory In Intelligent Residential District Project Construction

With the development of the national economy and the advancement of technology, people are giving more emphasis on the quality of life, and the concept of operational intelligence community was born. The Intelligent Community focus on the application of smart grid advanced technology in people’s residential, raising the quality of electricity service, providing an intelligentized and intelligentized living space as well as a more safe, comfortable and convenient life experience, which represents a new trend in people’s residential development. But the theoretical and practical experience in building intelligence community is not mature enough, there are many problems,such as the project management theory system is imperfect, low level of automation and information, low coefficient of security issues.As an effective management method, project management can regulate the project activities by using the systematic, scientific management methods and tools, making a maximum guarantee of project objectives. Using of the project life cycle management in the construction of intelligent community can provide effective guidance method for intelligent community building, improving the management level and efficiency, thus ensuring the smooth implementation of the Intelligent Community building. Therefore, we explore how the application of the project life cycle management theory in intelligent community building to form a specific, actionable intelligence community project management model.Based on related theory about project life cycle management and intelligent residential district, we selected2013H City’s intelligence community building of Alexandra Garden as an example. We give an overview of the project and the usual project management problems first; then we establish a set of normal,operational project management model in terms of the four stages of project management(reservation, plan, implement and evaluation);at last, the uniqueness and problems of the project are reviewed. Through the study, we explore the project management model of the Intelligent Community, enriching the theory of intelligent community management projects. Meanwhile, the success of the project encourage the building of intelligent community in other regions, and make a great contribution to the show the advanced smart grid technology, enhance the effectiveness of electricity and promote energy conservation ideas.
