The succession and reliability of plant power supply in modern power plant is the basic condition to the safe operation of generation sets, power plant and power system even. Any fault of the factory's power supply system could be able to affect the regular production of the electrical energy, even force the entire factory power stop working and sever the power supply to the electrical power system. In great degree, the reliability of plant power supply decides the safe electricity generation of entire power plant. The high-speed transfer between working power source and spare power source has therefore offered effective technical guarantee to the reliability and safety of the plant power supply.A complex electromechanical dynamic changing process will occur during the switching of power source. The switch improperly of power source will cause powerful electrical and mechanical impact, this kind of impact will be more serious when motor-crowd input again. How to accurately judge switch condition and adopt appropriateness way to complete switch in the most favourable time is the basic problem that the switch equipment needs to solve soon.Based on detailed analyses of the asynchronous motor's dynamic operation characteristic and the changing rule of plant bus during power-supply-transfer of power station auxiliary system, the theoretics foundation of power transfer is reached. According to the present disadvantages of the transfer equipment being used in the actual application now, this paper presents a new kind of design and realization method of power transfer equipment based on DSP hardware platform.At the same time, in this paper the switch criteria and principle that utilizes diffusely in the switch equipment that has existed now have been optimized and improved.
