The level of electronic measurement technology depends on the performance of electronic instruments. Oscilloscope is one of the most useful instruments in the domain of electronic measurement. It shows the functional relationship between the instantaneous voltage and time. The intuitionism and particularity of the oscilloscope are outstanding compared with other electronic instruments. Therefore, technicians in test and measure prefer to use it. Compared with analog oscilloscope, digital storage oscilloscope contains excellent trigger function, measure function and various data collection methods. It could save and copy the wave data by connecting with PC, printer, and the like. The bandwidth, distinguishability, and sensitivity of digital storage oscilloscope are all better than analog oscilloscope. Presently, the overseas technology of digital storage oscilloscope is quite mature and takes most of the market share. Contrarily, the research and development of digital storage oscilloscope are still at the developing stage currently. Consequently, our country starves for the research of digital storage oscilloscope by ourselves.The thesis mainly introduces the system monitoring software of digital storage oscilloscope based on the ARM platform, combining with the sample of 100M digital storage oscilloscope developed by our research group.
