| At present, people research the EV(electric vehicle) technology through three main methods: computer emulation, outdoor road test and indoor bed test. The paper analyzes merits and demerits of them, finds out the advantage of indoor bed test. Indoor bed test have two main forms: chassis dynamometer test and bed simulation test. Chassis dynamometer test can't offer testing condition for dynamic matching, motor controller, energy management and regenerative braking energy recovery before EV is developed and can't find out reasonable design father, while bed simulation test can carry out these functions easily, So it is significant to develop test bed.In order to enlarge range of the use, the paper adopts modular design to develop test bed. According to function demands, the test bed is compartmentalized into six modules to be constructed: motor controlling and testing module, inertia simulation module, load simulation module, energy management module, braking energy recovery module and drive coupling control module of hybrid EV. Limited by present conditions, we will build anterior four modules firstly in the first step, others will be built in the future research work.Taking actual things of lab and basic requirements into account, the study schemes structure design of the test bed, discusses developing feasibility, selection of key components and testing technique of test-bed parameters firstly, Then the paper designs inertia simulation module, energy management module and motor controlling and testing module, studies load simulation module and its control, exploits load-control soft basing on LabVIEW 7.0. At last, the thesis discusses vehicle performance experimentation, analyzes factors that affect test precision, and brings forward some solvable measures. |
