Along with the rapid development of the advanced computers and information techniques, the efficiencies of design and analysis under computer aided circumstance are enhanced markedly, and these techniques have been being extensively applied in practice.By using virtual prototype technology, the aiming mechanism of miniature high maneuver multi-tube rocket system is designed according to the tactical and technical requirements in this paper. Based on the present mechanism and performance and developing tendency, this system is designed to fit for the modern local wars.The design ideas and implement methods of every parts are discussed particularly, the steps and the projects of electric driving stepmotor are analyzed, and the different types of some important parts are compared. According to the above analysis and by using big system integration software, 3-D models of the aiming mechanism of rocket system are set up and it's dynamics simulations are carried out. The structure intensions of parts impacted by the gas jet during the launching process are analyzed by using EEM, and the relative results are contrasted with the axial state.In summary, this paper's work provides a design foundation and methods for the high maneuver multi-tube rocket system ,which also supply a basis for project design and the equipment choice of servo mechanism of middle or miniature types of multi-tube rocket systems.
