Thrust Vector Control system is a kind of device for control the flight gesture of the body of missile. The control test system for commanding engine researched in this paper is a set of hydraulic system to control the rudder, which is a typical electric hydraulic position servo control system. This system is mainly used to control the action of the piston pole of the oil cylinder and then to control the move of rudder side.This paper narrates the working principle of the control test system by analyzing the components of the rudder system. According to theory analyse of the electric hydraulic servo system, educe the equivalent transfer function of the electric hydraulic servo valve and the valve control cylinder under hypothesis conditions, then to build up the transfer function of the whole set system under different load. Also the affect of zero excursion by zero position hatch style is analyzed. Based on the hydraulic theory, design a set of electric hydraulic servo system, including the design of servo valve, servo amplifier, position sensor, DAQ. After finished designing the system, make sure of the transfer function according to the design parameters. Build up the simulate model in MATLAB and simulate the system to analyze the static character and the dynamic character, such as track precision and action speed. Besides, research indicates that the output signal is not good enough compared to the input signal by analyzing the output signal under the sin wave, rectangular wave and triangle wave under condition that system is interfered by the equivalent flux considering the affection of zero excursion. This bad output affects the performance of the system, so use the forward feedback adjusting method to adjust the system. After using this feedback, performance of the system is well improved. Research done in this paper sets a foundation for optimizing the servo system.
