The paper research the high or low temperature launch-environmental simulation technology, which mainly comes from the "Project 211" of the Nanjing University of Science and Technology: the study of the high or low temperature fire-environmental simulation technology and controlled shooting-experiment system. Under the limited laboratory, it is essential to control dynamically variational temperature under the simulated environment, achieving multi parameter comprehensive dynamic environment test. But the normal control tactics can not suffice the demand, so the new tactics must be studied on the exiting ones. The key task of developing the device is how to obtain the high or low temperature condition. In this paper, the temperature control system is analyzed, its model is constructed, and the characteristic of the model is found, which is time variable parameters, large inertia and pure time-delay. In order to resolve these problems, fuzzy controller based on self-adaptive control and combined Smith predictor is suggested to control the heater. The numerical simulation results demonstrate that its effects are better than that of general fuzzy controller with a Smith predictor, which is proved by the emulator that can improve the normal PID's adaptability and precision. Moreover, the paper designs the project of the high or low temperature fire-environmental simulation system, and details the low temperature system, in addition, utilizing adequately the data and signal processing powerfully of LabVIEW and fuzzy-logic toolkit, the paper designs the fuzzy self-adapting control arithmetic, and realizes to a purpose for controlling the temperature box.
