According to the structural intensity model of the Hybrid Extend-range Projectile at the first critical state, in order to validate the structural intensity of the pill at the first critical state, This paper analyses the transient process of cartridge case, rammer, gasket squashing in bore in detail。The process of the pill arriving at the first critical state is an especial one which has the high-speed impact, biggish deformation, and superabundantly assembling problems。 The completely 2D and 3D model of the projectile are established in the anterior disposal of the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software。 Setting the element cell and Material,marking off the gridding, intercalating the contact type and other parameters are also done in ANSYS/LS-DYNA. Then, the .k input files in LS-DYNA of the each model, from which one can modify the parameter and calculate, come into being。 Finally, running the latter disposal program in ANSYS/LS-DYNA could look over the calculated result and have the transient analysis. Comparing with the two models, some stress's variational rule of the pill at the first critical state could be summarized。 Therefore, the pill's structural intensity is checked, consequently providing ample theoretic basis to the projectile's structural design。...
