Composition of base-bleeding agent can greatly affect base-bleeding efficiency. This article is mainly on developing a new pyrotechnic exhaust composition, after analyzing some base-bleeding agent existing. First, compound binder is established to use to lower the leavings in base-bleeding device and increase combustion temperature. Then, the contents of oxidant and fuel are obtained. Lastly, WS additive which can make more gas and lower the leavings in base-bleeding device are chosen. By the above experiments the final composition is established. Based on the external ballistic trajectory of base- bleeding shell, the mechanism of base resistance reduction is studied in depth, and the technology way reducing base resistance is discussed in theory. At last, a model for calculating the parameters of base-bleeding agent combustion products is established based on the principle of minimum free-energy. The model provide a method in theory for composition design of base-bleeding agent. |
