Our country always advocate the energy-saving and environment protection development policies, in order to responds the call upon environment protection and energy-saving, the automotive industries are concentrate on developing new energy vehicles. Facing the bottlenecks of existing pure electric vehicles, Extend –Range vehicle stands out.Due to the advantages of mileage and manufacturing costs, Extend –Range vehicle has been developed very rapidly in this few years. This article is expend based on the project that an Extend –Range sanitation electric vehicle(Sanitation EREV), the main contents of the study included:Access to relevant scientific information, understand the development of Extend –Range electric vehicles at present stage;To analysis the structure principle and operation mode of Extend –Range electric vehicles, in-depth understanding of the difference between Extend –Range electric vehicle.According to the project reporting requirements, to select key components and parameters of Extend –Range electric sanitation vehicles power system.Based on the characteristics and daily operations of Extend –Range electric sanitation vehicle, compared to traditional extend-range operation mode, due to Extend –Range electric sanitation vehicle have a special powertrain, the engine of Extend –Range is the only driven generator, not connect to the drive axle machinery directly. so design of working control strategy of the engine in the Extend –Range equipment can have little independent with the vehicle power need. Choose and analysis the innovative two working points Run mode of engine in Extend –Rang,Then, use software CRUISE to simulate based on the operating mode selected power components parameters and two working points Run mode of engine in Extend –Rang,The results show that the selected operating mode, component parameters and design can ensure dynamic performance of the vehicle, economical, have reduce the volatility of the engine speed, avoid the high current battery charge and discharge, and also has good NVH performance. |
