Few teeth difference reducer of CHC is a new type of gear transmission device,it has many advantages, such as large transmission ratio,high loading capacity, compact-ness,light quality,high transmisson efficiency and so on,so it has been widely used in many industrial fields,such as oil engineering,chemical industry,lifting transportation, construction machinery,port ship and so on.Few teeth difference reducer of CHC has had no national standards.Because of lack of reliable design and calculation basis,parameter selection of its component was unreasonable,so some problems appeared, such as the power was rich,the key components became easily invalid.In addition, Few teeth difference reducer of CHC is of serialization products and its different product specification has high similarity of structure pattern relatively,so the repeatability of its design exists and can make product development cycle extended.In view of these problems,this thesis is fristly aimed to build the reasoned few teeth difference transmission force model and analyze its stress,then on the base of it,the thesis comes up with the method of design and calculation of few teeth difference transmission and use existing development technology reasonably to realize the automatic drafting of component drawings and assembling ones,all of then can meet the requirements of product serialization.On the base of building the force model,it explains the development of the part of design and calculation with VB,taking the design of few teeth difference gear transmission and key component for examlple,uses computer aided design method to make every design process programmed,utilizes the reading and writing operation of text files of VB to generate detailed design and calculation specification.Parametric drawing system applies ActiveX technology to exteriorly operates AutoCAD with VB programming,under the exploitation of underlying functions,parameters are read from parts information database to realize the automatic drafting of component drawings, then achieve the automatic drafting of assembling ones by ObjectDBX technology and extending dictionaries of object.Design data information is transferred from the design and calculation part to parametric drawing part,according to documents execution sequence,every part is connected effectively by calling program interface,the design and calcutiong part and the parametric one are integrated finally.
