| Since the beginning of reform and opening up, Chinese national economy has shown sustained, rapid and healthy development momentum The foreign trade develops rapidly ,which stimulates a rapid growth of port throughput ,especially the container throughput The average increase of national container's throughout is up to 30%. While that of NingBo is up to 40% during the ninth "5-year-plan"and the tenth "5-year-plan"periods which makes NingBo the rapidest one among all the cities .In 2005, the throughput of the NingBo Port exceeded 5,200,000 TEU.On this basis ,in the year 2008 , the throughput is expected to be 10,000,000 TEU .In year of 2010 the number is to be over 13,000,000TEU . BeiRun Port is the main port of NingBo. Even if all the ports including DaXie, the fourth project of BeiRun ,the fifth project of BeiRun are to be finished on time with the total 20 berths, the whole handling capacity reaches 8,900,000 TEU ,that is still not enough .what's more, the building of the fifth project of BeiRun may result in the embarrassing condition of no deep water coastline for further use in NingBo Port .In order to settle the problem keep pace with the rapid growth of container throughput ,the exploitation of JinTang Da Pukou project is essential.The essay contains four parts :the first, the possibility and necessity of the development of container port in JinTang Da Pukon; the second, using the relative high precise gray forecast to predict the whole throughput of NingBo port in the next few years according to the analysis of the forecasting method to container throughput ;the third ,to determine the building project of JinTang DaPuKon container dock on the basis of the prediction of forecasting and the exciting condition of NingBo Port; the fourth, to fix the applicable and economical handling processes through technical and economical analysis , thus make feasible design of JinTang DaPukon dock as well as make correct economic evaluation. |
