| Static test is a essential procedure during the design of the aircraft structure. The accuracy and validity of the test mainly depends on the rationality of the test scheme design. Therefore it is necessary to establish a detailed test scheme.At first, the development history, current situation of static test and detailed information of A320 rudder, which makes preparations for the next work, are introduced in the thesis. Secondly, according to the aircraft design manuals, the aerodynamic load of the rudder which is under normal flying condition and yaw maneuver condition, as well as the distibution load is calculated in the thesis. Besides, three methods of static load equivalent are compared with each other. One of them is chosen which is easy to program in computer. Based on the method, a interactive interface of MATLAB is made. When users enter correct information, the software is able to convert aerodynamic loads on the aircraft rudder into the load on the load point equivalently. It provides a reference for the rudder static strength tests. At the same time, according to a practical example, the method is proved to be effective and fulfill the static equivalence principle, that the center of the pressure and the total pressure remain unchanged during the conversion.At last, the thesis discusses test process, simulation method of loading and measure, test equipment, test risk, etc.The preliminary scheme of the static test in this thesis can be referenced in teaching experiment in the future. |
