The topic of electromagnetic induction heating control system design and implementation is researched in this paper. First, the working principle of electromagnetic induction heating, the system default function requirements and the concrete implementation solution are presented, then the whole process of the system hardware circuit and control software design is analyzed, finally a fully functional electromagnetic induction heating system, with friendly human-machine interaction,working stability and good performance, is developed.The system hardware circuit part is mainly composed of the main working circuit,IGBT driving circuit, synchronous circuit and power setting circuit, pan detection circuit, power supply circuit, all kinds of protecting circuit and the main control circuit.Protecting circuits are specifically constituted by power on time-delay protecting IGBT,rectifier bridge output over voltage protection, IGBT collector voltage over high protection, mains voltage over-voltage or under-voltage protection, over load current protection, IGBT over temperature protection, pot over temperature protection.Samsung microcontroller is adopted as the master control chip in the main control circuit, through the duty ratio of the PWM signal is regulated to control the output power. The power control, timing/reservation, no pot test, pause, abnormal alarm(no pot alarm, mains over-voltage/under-voltage alarm, over load current alarm, IGBT temperature sensor failure alarm, IGBT over temperature alarm, pot temperature sensor failure alarm, pot over temperature alarm) and so on, are mainly realized. Six keys set up are used to manipulate system, a LCD is configured to display the current state of system information in real time.The part of control software design of the system is based on the modular programming ideas, the system default functional requirements are divided into various functional modules, and then the software of each functional module is respectively designed, finally the system control software is completely designed. The system of intelligence is realized, with the auto power adjusting and matching, pot automatic detection, timing control, making an appointment time to boot automatically, abnormal auto protect and alarm, LCD display system status information in real time. After repeated on debugging all the hardware circuit and control software of the system,testing the performance of the system, the results show that the control system running safely, stably and reliably, meets the design requirements.
