| The comprehensive evaluation of aircraft conceptual/ preliminary design is a significant phase in the development of aircraft. The warfare modality and battle mode have greatly changed with the new evolution of nowadays military revolution, which makes the aircraft development progressing more technological and more complex, and brings higher request to aircraft conceptual/ preliminary design. In order to improve the aircraft design quality, accelerate the work schedule, reduce the progress cost, a comprehensive evaluation research must be done to the aircraft conceptual/ preliminary design.An integrated evaluation criterion which contains twelve index such as mission capability, affordability, dependability, ensure ability, service ability, test ability, safety, survivability, adaptability, technology risk, bus parameter and structure parameter, is proposed according to the new development of nowadays aircraft. To solve the multi-index problem in the comprehensive evaluation of aircraft conceptual/ preliminary design, three methods: Cobweb Picture, Analytical Hierarchy Progress and Gray Correlation Analysis are separately applied to comprehensive evaluation of aircraft conceptual/ preliminary design, simulated by the computer and analyze the results. A new intelligent arithmetic—Support Vector Machine is adopted to do a better evaluation of aircraft conceptual/ preliminary design. First, briefly introduce the concept of SVM, then use support vector regression to do the regress evaluation predict of aircraft conceptual/ preliminary design, and support vector classification do the classify predict. With the two results together, we can bring a much better conclusion than the three methods of aircraft conceptual/ preliminary design evaluation. This proves that SVM has a promising application in the comprehensive evaluation of aircraft conceptual/ preliminary design, and offers a new method to the evaluation. |
