| In china, a huge quantity of construction and demolition (C&D) wastes is produced every year. The possibility of recycling of these wastes in construction industry is thus of increasing importance and it has social, economic, environmental benefits.However, we must build an integrated dynamic theory system of the recycled aggregates concrete perforated brick, a kind of new wall material, before it is used in the actual engineering. This paper is developed on the basis of the foregone experiments of its material performance.This paper studies the basic dynamic performance of the recycled aggregates concrete perforated bricking structures as follows:(1) Based on the study of compressive experiment, we discuss its compressive deformation performance, destructive characters and intensity theory; in the meanwhile, we provide the proposal calculation formula.(2) Based on the regression analysis of the experimental data, we get its proposed formula of compressive stress-strain curve; based on the proposed formula we also get the calculation formula of its elastic modulus.(3) Based on the experimental research of shear strength, we get its shear destructive characters and shear strength; moreover, we make the regression analysis and put forward corresponding proposed formula.(4) Based on the results, the recycled aggregates concrete perforated brick masonry reliability is analyzed, and resistant statistic parameters are obtained. From the calculation, its reliability meetβ≥3.7.The development and application of the recycled aggregates concrete perforated brick not only reslove the great heaped capality problem of construction and demolition (C&D) wastes but also provide a method to reslove a serial of problem brought by forbidding popular clay brick. The analyzing means of this paper is based on the experiments. The experimental study on the basic dynamic performance of the recycled aggregates concrete perforated bricking structures can not only help us know all kinds of bearing performance of the recycled aggregates concrete perforated bricking structures, promote the wide use of the new wall material, but also provide experimental and theoretical basis for instituting corresponding criterion and correlative technique regulations. |
