With publishing policy of nationwide “forbidding using solid clay bricks”, common clay brick has been banned in full use, and the sintered porous brick because of its low thermal conductivity, light weight, low cost and other advantages, has certain application prospect. The void ratio of existing sintering porous brick is about 25%, the sintered porous brick and porous block of the new national standard GB 13544-2011 has formally promulgated and implemented, it will minimum voids of the porous brick rate increased to 28% from 25% of the original standard, cancel the circular holes and other pass, rule mining with rectangular holes or the rectangular strip holes. the average thermal conductivity of rectangular hole sintered porous brick is much lower than that of the circular hole sintered porous brick. And it has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection.According to national wall materials innovation policy, Shaanxi province wallreforming office, actively carry out the new wall materials production demonstration project construction, the wall material production enterprises in the province has all of the implementation of standards for new products, and R & D the production of DP type sintered porous brick. DP type sintered porous brick is divided into type DP1(11 rows of 33 rectangular hole, the hole rate 32.9%) and type DP2(10 rows of 30 rectangular hole, the hole rate 29.5%), a size of 240 mm * 115 mm * 90 mm. The void ratio increases and the change of the pass, will have a certain impact on the masonry calculation index, whether the provisions of the relevant norms is still need further discussion.This will be based on the basic mechanics of DP sintered porous brick masonry wall seismic performance test and performance test research, provide the basis for the parameter rules:(1) By DP type perforated brick masonry under axial compression test, observe and record the experimental phenomena, research and analysis of failure characteristics; compare the value of porous brick masonry compressive strength test results with the existing norms, propose the compressive strength average value calculation formula of DP type perforated brick masonry and get compressive strength standard value and design value according to the rules and regulations by DP type perforated brick masonry; by testing the measured axial and lateral deformation, get the formula of stress- strain curve of DP type porous brick masonry, and propose the modulus of elasticity and Poisson’s ratio values.(2) By DP type perforated brick masonry along through joint section shear test, Analysis on the variation law of shear strength under different mortar strength, compare the shear strength along the cross section with the current standard values; research and analysis of the brick type changes and the hole rate improved effect on the shear strength;propose the calculation formula of shear strength average value of DP type perforated brick masonry along the cross section,and get shear strength standard value and design value of DP type perforated brick masonry along the cross section;and carry out the shear stress tests on DP2-M5 type 9 shear specimens to study the failure characteristics of perforated brick masonry under shear and compression.(3) By low cyclic reversed loading tests of DP type porous brick wall(6 pieces of cross wall and 3 window hole vertical wall), observe and record the walls failure phenomenon, analysis of wall test pieces of hysteretic curve, stiffness degradation, ductility and energy dissipation and seismic performance index, comparative study of mortar strength, vertical pressure, horizontal reinforcement and high aspect ratio and other factors on the seismic performance of the wall effect; calculate and compare the wall test piece shear force test value with the current standard.
