Compressive strength and shear strength of the tired perforated brick masonry are the basic data for safety evaluation, repair, accident analysis and strengthening of masonry structures. The technical standard for site testing of engineering is only applied to fired common brick masonry. But detecting standard for fired perforated brick masonry is not established. This study gives the site testing measure method for fired perforated brick masonry. In test of shear strength, the method of double shear for double brick along horizontal mortar joint on brickword wall is brought forward in this thesis. Compared with existing standard, this method can exclude the interference of vertical mortar joint, and has higher reliability.About the compressive strength test of fired perforated brick masonry in this paper, first, the statistical conversion formula is obtained in the contrast experiment of fired perforated brick masonry and standard sample. Second, stress distributing of the masonry is got in the theoretic analysis, using strength theory, the maximum principal strain theory is suitable to calculate compressive strength of masonry compared with experiment, and the enhancing coefficient of compressive strength of masonry between two channels is linear with σ0/fm . Finally, the conversion coefficient of compressive strength of masonry is testified reasonableness through simulation of ANSYS.About the shear strength test of fired perforated brick masonry in this paper, first, the statistical conversion formula is obtained in the contrast experiment of fired perforated brick masonry and standard sample. Second, with the simulation of ANSYS, the shear stress distribution of shear plane is obtained. The simulation analysis is accord with experiment, after integral on the shear plane. The result shows the conversion coefficient of shear strength of masonry is correct.
