The development of electric power is very rapid, along with the development of technology and science. At the same time, go with the development of digital technology, corresponding technology and network technology, the development of transformer substation is very rapid. Transformer substation changed from general to integrative automatization. Recently, some problems are found about transformer substation, which take great effect of the development of electric power. Many scientists make great efforts on the academic research and actualization of digital transformer substation all over the world. However, these theories and implementary methods are not enough comprehensive, systemic and material. Therefore, I analyse the theories of digital transformer substation roundly in article. Theoretic analysis also is used of the build of transformer substation practically. Then I enhance the relations between the theory of digital transformer substation and practical application in this paper.First of all, I research on the information of digital transformer substation roundly to analyse and actualize the theories. It is one of the most important for us to construct digital transformer substation. Because we choice the run transformer substation to carry into execution. So , success is very important for us.Secondly, Many scientists make great efforts on the academic research and actualization of digital transformer substation all over the world. However, these theories and implementary methods are not enough comprehensive, systemic and material. Therefore, I establish the delamination of network configuration of digital transformer substation and the way of communication, after understand IEC61850.1 introduce the knowledge of IEC61850 about digital transformer substation in the article.Thirdly, We research on theoretical analysis and actualization of digital transformer substation. I analyse and discuss all kinds of method and actualization of digital transformer substation firstly, compare there methods and find out each advantage and disadvantage. Then we apply oneself to the feasibility of technical project .we can choice the best method to realize the digital transformer substation. Then I bring forward the perfect project of implement digital transformer substation according to the conception and characteristic of digital transformer substation. At last, I discuss the feasibility of the project and apply the project to Cuifeng transformer substation Qujing power supply branch, Yunnan power grid.Fourthly, after the foundation of digital transformer substation, the primary means of testing are not fit to it .So, I discuss all kinds of advanced technology and equipment with the actual task, and research on the means of testing of locale. At last, I succeed in the build of Cuifeng transformer substation Qujing power supply branch, Yunnan power grid.There is no example and referrence of digital transformer substation before Cuifeng transformer substation Qujing power supply branch, Yunnan power grid. There are only some research and experimentation in our power supply branch. However, all these difficulty can not prevent the development of technology and science. We derive much problems of digital transformer substation , which need to solve along with the back-to-back work .I believe that digital transformer substation have much significance for our society.
