With the speed improvement of train, the interaction of train and air became exacerbation and cause a lot of aerodynamics questions, such as air pressure pulse at train passing by or through tunneling, crosswind, aerial resistance, aerial noises and train wind, producing a very great influence on train's operational security, around environment, energy consuming and passengers' comfort. Consequently, it is very urgent and importance to perform thoroughly research on aerodynamics of high speed train for developing our nation's high speed train technology.The thesis introduce the general methods and test technology development in aerodynamics research of high speed train, describes the construction and the design theory of high speed Moving Model Rig(MMR) based on the research of High Speed Train Research Center of Central South University. In modeling of MMR's rubber launching system, which is of high-order nonlinearity in terms of complicated mapping multi-input to output, adapting a three-layer static feet-forward artificial neuron network(ANN) model that using a delicately designed hybrid learning (GA-BP) algorithm cooperating genetic algorithm with improved BP algorithm to optimize ANN's parameters. The ANN's self-study ability is used in auto adaptation rule to gain perfect performance in precision of the model. The MMR's PC software, which accomplish launching system and measuring system character and special demand, achieve force load close loop control, test process and measurement synchronized control, and moving model speed, air press data automation measurement, save, manage and process. System reliability design, digital filter on test speed data and wave press data, calculation of test parameter are deep researched.The MMR takes a great deal of modeling test and achieves similar result with real train test in high-speed train streamline shape design of "ZhongYuan Star", "Pioneer" ,"ZhongHua Star" and rail interval determination of first high-speed passenger transport rail(QinShen rail).The application of MMR show that excellent launch speed control and working stability are acquired, the PC software and data process methods used in launch and measurement control system fulfill the demands of quickness in MMR test and precision in control system.
