At present, utilization ratio of our country majority of main marshallingstations is above 80% and they are at the high load running status. This thesistakes ZhuZhou north marshalling station as the studying background,penetrates from calculation of average waiting time in high load marshallingstations, carries out discussion on the problem of calculation of averagewaiting time in high load marshalling stations, analyzes working loadinfluencing factor of ZhuZhou north marshalling station and brings forwardmeasures to improve high load status of ZhuZhou north marshalling station.The main work manifests in following several aspects:1,Through scene investigation to the Zhuzhou north station stream ofvehicles condition, this article carries on using statistics principle to groip andreorganize the data, computate each digital characteristic of data. Throughdigital characteristic of variation, this article has carried on the statisticaldistribution supposition using the mathematical statistic method to the streamof vehicles arrival time gap, and examines the statistical distribution and thetheory distribution tallies degree with x2 examination.2. This article has simply introduced queuing theory of marshalling yard,has analyzed the composition of various subsystems in the marshalling yard.Using approaches Method infer the formula that calculates average waitingtime of G1|G|1 model. It has calculated average waiting time of thesolution arriving and Declassification system of the Zhuzhou north station.3. This thesis has analyzed working load influencing factor of ZhuZhounorth marshalling station. It analyzes from the below main several aspects:unceasing increase of assigmnent amounts; the unbalanced status of arrivaltrain flows is intensifying. The influences of angular traffic flow tomarshalling station equipment ability; trains that arrived in the oppositedirection have the influence to the hump ability. This thesis simply elaboratesnegative influence to the station transportation system and the abilityutilization aspect because of the high load based on the analysis influencefactor.4. Being aimed at the influencing factor such as unceasing increase ofassignment amounts, intensifying of unbalanced status of arrival train flows, angular traffic flow, this thesis has brought forward concrete measure toreduce Zhu Zhou station every subsystem load and decrease waiting time.
