With the rapid economic development of China, people have more and more demands on infrastructure. With the use of high-strength light materials, the development of structural design methods and construction technology, a large number of large-span spatial structures have been used in modern railway station. These structures have large-span, light-weight and smaller stiffness out of plane than concrete structures. So these structures can easily lead to remarkably dynamic response by outside loads such as wind, high-speed train load and human activities. There is important engineering significance for the guidance of structure design and construction to research and summarize dynamic response laws of Zhengzhou East Railway Station by high-speed train load.Zhengzhou East Railway Station is a large and complex structure. According to functional requirements, trains will arrive, leave and pass through the structure on the time of normally working service. Both of this process will lead to corresponding dynamic response,and then it will cause vibration. Although it is not enough to lead to structure safety problem, it will take the visitors a sense of discomfort especially in the transport peak seanson,and it will likely to cause tension, irritability and even a panic,thus it will lead to reduce the performance of the railway station structure.Therefor,it is necesssary to evaluate of the comfort.The main task of this thesis:(1) Zhengzhou East Railway Station is an enormous structure. Additionally dynamical problem is more complex than static problem, reasonably simplify the Zhengzhou East Railway Station structure in order to simplify the calculation.(2)Creating the finite model by ANSYS, selecting different load cases, analyzing the dynamic response of the structure by the high-speed train load and summarizing the dynamic response laws of waiting room structure. On different load cases, its vertical peak acceleration difference is not too much. When the train runs on the NO.24 orbit, the vertical peak acceleration is 0.0193 m/s2 which is the largest. When the train runs on the NO.32orbit,the vertical peak acceleration is 0.0129 m/s2 which is the smallest. On the whole integral time and different load cases, waiting room structure's displacement waves smally while the acceleration waves a little greatly. (3)Using United States Steel Design Guide Series AISC11 (Floor Vibrations Due to Human Activity)to evaluate the comfort of the Zhengzhou East Railway Station's waiting room structure.According to the result, waiting room structure satisfies the comfort requirement.NO.2 load case(Train only passes the NO.1 orbit with the speed of 80km/h)is the worst load case of the comfort.Then it will give some suggestions about the Vibration Attenuation, Isolation.
