Papers mainly involved the design and implementation of new integrated substation automation systems, through the integrated use of computers, communications and network technology, put forward a new integrated automation system structure to achieve the goal of unattended and network automation.Papers on the structure and features of existing substation automation system, propose a new blast furnace for grid substation integrated automation control system. By analyzing Lianyuan Iron and Steel Power Plant Water Treatment switching station and the blast furnace blower substation integration of the monitoring and protection equipment, put forward the overall structure design of the system, adopt dual Ethernet fiber network structure and the redundant structure of the dual control mainframe configuration. In view of the system there are many kinds of types of communications protocols, using NSC-2200 communications processors change different communication protocol into the standard communication protocol, simplify data processing of background monitoring system; Meanwhile briefly describes the system configuration.For substation automation system, background monitoring system occupies an important role in the entire system. This paper presents the functional requirements which a system background monitoring software should have. A stratified, modular structure design process is presented, through the functional analysis of Lianyuan Iron and Steel thermal power plant water treatment, big fan substation monitoring software, background monitoring system is mainly divided into seven major functional modules for design, as well as modules for specific descriptions.Lianyuan Iron and Steel Power Plant blast furnace integrated substation automation control system uses NSC200NT system as The development platform of background Monitoring System, realizes the functional requirements of background monitoring system. Finally put the system into practical use, through the analysis of operation, accord with the design requirements.
