The research about energy saving system of hydraulic excavator is a hotspot home and abroad. Modules about energy saving come forth This article is mainly about the method and theory of load identification on the grounds of pressure signal and angle signal, and put emphases on the energy saving scheme of power chain.Thesis analyze various energy saving schemes at present along the power chain. After that, the defects of these energy saving schemes emerge out. And then put forward the improved energy saving scheme with load identification by introduce the angle signal . The method of indifing the start time and end time of digging action is demonstrated in succession. And then, the Thesis details on the way of dealing with the effective pressure signal . Also the improved power match scheme is detailed, including the power match between engine and hydraulic, the power between hydraulic system and load. Then the article set forth assistant function using the pressure signal.Subsequently, thesis illustrate the way of designing a excavator control system with the load indentification function . Hardware system is constructed mainly of PC104 hardward module . PC104 and other processors build up a Field Bus Control System connected by CAN bus. In this way control function is played on lower layer partly, and the ability of real-time response is improved. The open architecture helps the expansion of contol function modules. Software is developed under the RTOS-VxWorks, and its. multi-task schedule function help software function updating. The development of CAN interface driver under VxWorks to communication between processors is discussed at last.Finally the datas collected during field excavating experiment are treated and analized. The pressure periodicity orderliness and peak vaule variety character during excavating experiment is analized. The time latency of engine velocity caused by adjustment is discussed. And then, the article expatiate the transplantation experiment of Embedded System.
