Hydraulic connector is installed at the part of connecting bucket in the common hydraulic excavator. Through the hydraulic connector, users can change bucket into special tools such as drill stem and hydraulic knapper as requirement, make the excavator have capabilities of drilling and fragmentation. We call this new kind of hydraulic excavator multi-function hydraulic excavator. Just like common hydraulic excavator, multi-function hydraulic excavator also has heavy-load model, economic-load model, light-load model and idle model, and its power parameters are only suitable for excavating. When we change different tools at the hydraulic connector, required pressure, flow rate and power are different. Therefore, we cannot completely make the multi-function hydraulic excavator work according to the above models. In order to settle this problem, the author study multi-function hydraulic excavator's pump-controlling system, and control' load-power parameters, make sure the load-power parameters match best in different working conditions. The main study is as follows.1. Bring forward the control project about load-power matching of a multi-function hydraulic excavator. On the basis of analyzing the power-controlling system of common hydraulic excavator, this paper studies its pump-controlling system, analyzes the multi-function hydraulic excavator's power matching under multiple conditions and special conditions, and provides the load-power matching controlling project of multi-function hydraulic excavator.2. The theoretical study of pump-controlling system's servo-valve in a multi-function excavator. As servo-valve is the key component of the load-power matching, this paper designs and studies the servo-valve, and analyzes its static and dynamic characteristic.3. The power-bond graph modeling study about load-power matching of a multi-function excavator. This paper establishes mathematical models for multiple conditions and special condition of a multi-function excavator by power-bond graph theory aiming at multi-function excavator's pump-controlling system.4. The simulation study of load-power matching for a multi-function excavator. This paper makes simulation for multiple conditions and special condition of multi-function excavator simulation with software of Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results demonstrate that the developed servo-valve can realize match of load-power parameters under different working conditions. In arithmetic, this paper uses PID control of flow rate feedback, makes the flow rate output stable, and avoids the unnecessary power loss.5. The experiment study and analyzing. This paper designs an experimental project of load-power matching, and makes experiment of load-power matching under multiple conditions and special condition by modifying different experimental parameters, and the results prove the experiment project is available. The experiment result is the same to the anticipant result after experimental test, and it reaches the anticipant purpose.
