The operational objective in this paper is the problem of kinetic projectile obliquepenetrating concrete target, using technique of theory analysis and numerical simulation toanalysis and calculate. The details contents in this paper are as follows:1) Studied the theory analysis of the causation of ricochet phenomena. Mathematicalmodel was set up, on the basis of dynamics formulation, normal expanse of the targetinterface, and supposed concrete medium was constringent material. With the help ofcomputer, work out the computer program to this model, that can calculate whethergenerating ricochet phenomena under different initial velocity, angle of incidence, angle ofattack, and target parameter. At last, uniting existing diameter 57mm cone-shapedprojectile experimental data, computational analysis were carried out, the two had talliedwell, that confirmed the model rationality;2) Studied the numerical simulation of kinetic projectile inclined penetrating concretetarget. A systematical analysis and discussion about the past and current development ofvarious concrete models were carried out, the appropriate one was chosen, with the help ofthe finite element software LS-DYNA, taking diameter 57mm cone-shaped projectileinclined penetrating concrete target for research object, numerical simulation was carriedout, and compared with the existing experimental data, some valuable calculatingexamples and useful conclusion were got.The research results indicate that retroflexion moment is the radical causation ofricochet phenomena, the shape of warhead, angle of incidence, medium and friction forceare the factor that can effect retroflexion moment, and different initial velocity, angle ofincidence, angle of attack give birth to different effect, thus it can be seen: using theoryanalysis and numerical simulation method to study the problem of ricochet phenomenakinetic is feasible, and reaches better precision, this paper can offer reference for furtherresearch and engineering calculation.
