This dissertation analyzes the process of typical safety device with the digitalsimulation faced block diagrams.In this paper, the time of inertia safety device releasing the safety device is calculatedwith universal method. On this basis it analyzes the error of the beeline predigestion.The state equation of the inertia safety device is built in this paper. Then it simulatesthe process that the fuze parts release the safety device. The process that the structureparameter affects the process of releasing safety device is obtained in the dissertation.With changing the input, it obtains that the fuze system is safe when declining.The math model of releasing fuze isolation on the foundation of experience formula iscreated in this dissertation. Under the environment of Simulink this paper steers thesimulation of the system. The integral error is control with the variable step algorithm toanalyze the system qualitatively and quantitatively. At the end it simulates the fuze safetysystem.Applying transient state process theory, the frequency response of the inertia safetydevice under different concussion is researched. Moreover, this dissertation calculates theeffect of fiction.In this paper, with the digital simulation faced block diagrams, the transformed rule ofthe fuze safety system is obtained from safe state to released state. Some references areprovided for recruiting and perfecting fuze design theory.
