After the large development of computer and integrated circuit technology,industrial control system has become a popular branch within the applicationof computer technology, time.. Buslization is one direction of the industrycontrol system development, performs better than centralized control systemin several important aspects, such as applicable scope,expandability,maintainability and the ability of anti-failure. CAN (Controller Area Network)bus present high anti-interference, which is suitable for real time system,due to its high-powered, good reliability and special design.Most current industrial servo control systems are based on technologyof analog electronics. They could not meet the structural needs of industrialservo control system in future, taking account of the complicated circuitsystem, high cost, poor anti-interference and expandability. This paperproposes an approach to the intelligent control of servo system and thecommunication of weapon firepower control system. DSP is used as the servosystem's core unit, CAN bus as the bottom communication network. Both thefunction and the realization of the system's hardware and software will beanalyzed. This paper also introduces the system identification and the designof intelligent controller. A set of experimental results demonstrate themethod's validity and practicability.
