With the development of intelligent and smart munitions, the demand of anti-highoverloading, transient high power, ten-year's storage or longer and miniaturization poweron munitions is extremely urgent. The physics power not only has nondestructive testingand reusable characters but also has advantage in long storage and using of high and lowtemperature. And because of the use of the high quality permanent magnetic materials,more and more military experts in the world pay attention to the micro physics power onmunitions.This article discusses how to transform high overload line inertial force to theelectricity generation driving force in artillery launch process. First the article makes thebasic theory of magnetic circuit about straight line electric power facility, in thisfoundation establishes magnetic circuit computation matfiematical model, makes theequivalent magnetic circuit graph, and also infers magnetic circuit equation about how tosolve straight line electric power facility, then makes the use of 'matlab' solving air gapmagnetic flux and electromotive force, thus realizes the 'circuit 'simulation about thestraight line electric power facility. Second, the article makes the use of maturecomputation magnetic field software 'ANSYS' to the thorough research, considers manykinds of factors which affect the magnetic field, obtains mass data and curves. And makesthe comparison of magnetic circuit computed results, fits various parameters how toinfluent the electromotive force, after optimization obtains the referenced parameters.
