Based on the principle of weapon system of metal storm, according to the requirements of the research, two kinds of cartridge were designed by the sealing theory. The thermal analyses to the cartridge-barrel system of the above two cartridges were conducted by ANSYS. The calculated node temperatures are used to the structural stress analyses. The system responses under the thermal-structural coupling were solved. And the sealing performances of the two proposed cartridges were analyzed. The firing controlling system was designed. The single chip microcomputer in the firing controlling system can carry out the different programs according to different command signals, so that the burst, salvo, the shooting in turns and the conversion of the firing rate can be realized.The research is useful to shorten the researching periods, cut the expenses and increase the veracity of metal storm. |
