NET Framework, implemented the waterway information management platform to c# language, actualized the waterway basic data input, waterway management, waterway information dissemination, and other functions modules.With the application and perfection of platform, the study will provide the effective management methodology of the waterway department in using of information resources and construction of waterway information.
