Plant supervisory information system (SIS) is discussed and studied amply. The thought of the study and development of SIS is proposed to establish a uniform data center platform based on the foreign large and special real-time and history database, moreover, to study and develop particular function modules and assistant tools on self-dependence. The main contents of this paper are:1,Based on the three-layer function partition of SIS(data server layer,function server layer,user interaction layer), the main contents of the self-developed SIS are concretely introduced.2,Based on the InSQL database, plant efficient and uniform data center platform is established. The actual application of it in the self-developed SIS embodies its advantage.3,Combined with information expression form and utility function in the self-developed SIS, various information expression methods of SIS are studied.4,Compared with several refresh kinds of the real-time supervisory data, two kinds of advanced and new technology are developed: First, the method of"Show_Update"based on the frame structure and interaction performance of web application; second, the method of the client script calling Web Service based on the real-time data platform.5,The concept of"Unit Deviation Coefficient"is proposed and studied. In the dynamic deviation analysis module, the quantitative influence degree to heat rate or coal rate induced by the online difference between running value and goal value of the controlled thermodynamic parameter is dynamically sequenced.6,The universal report web explorer is designed and developed, which provides abundance browse support functions.The self-developed SIS has a successful application in Wuhu power plant.
