The recoil mechanism is an important part of the artillery to control it's backblow,and it have a great influence on the overall performance of the artillery.Artillery missile is a new technology,it can combine precision guidance with artillery,a problem that recoil stroke is not enough.A new type of recoil mechanism with adjustable recoil function is designed in this paper,name it as an adjustable recoil mechanism.Adjustable recoil mechanism is not only solve the problem of insufficient recoil in the artillery,but also meet the recoil demand of the conventional ammunition and the gun firing missiles at the same time,make the recoil resistance of the artillery more stable.The adjustable recoil mechanism is a new direction for the research of artillery recoil device.It is of great significance to further improve the tactical and technical performance of artillery and propelled the development of artillery.This paper analyzes the typical structure and working principle of the back recoil device.According to the requirement of adjusting the recoil stroke,the recoil absorber is mainly designed,and the design process of an adjustable back recoil device is discussed.Through the simulation of FLUENT flow field,the prediction method of hydraulic resistance coefficient is studied,K is about 1.8.The regulation of the rotation of the piston is analyzed and the adjustment control of the recoil movement of the conventional ammunition and the gun fire missile.The control system is preliminarily designed,The model of servo motor is Re50370354,and the model of reducer is ZGX50RHH.In this paper,the design of adjustable back recoil device and the realization of its adjustment function are mainly studied,while provides technical support for the research and development of the adjustable recoil mechanism with practical value.
