Scenic Spots Recent Planning Studies

The necessity and importance to make an Immediate-planning for landscape and famous scenery area independently was discussed in this paper. I have put forward three principles:1) To obey sustainable development;2) To insist on the long-term goal and integrated ideas of Master planning in landscape and famous scenery;3) The Immediate-planning should be according with the national economy, the social development planning and the master planning of land use.The contents, methods and approaches were suggested for the Immediate planning in the paper as below :1) To analyze the implementation of master planning and last immediate planning,the results could be as a basis to make new immediate-planning.2) To understand the present conditions of the area, and to find out the problems needed to resolve for the protection and development of landscape and famous scenery.3) To adjust the planning target to adapt the new policy and situations.4) To decide the key scenic area and constructed content in the near future, and to arranged items.5) To work out the planning of the environmental protection.6) To suggest the policy and measurements for carrying out the planning accordingly.7) To make the speciality planning in details.As a case study, I established an immediate planning for Shunan Bamboo Sea landscape and famous scenery according to the principles and methods in the last part.
