Traffic Flow Theory Applied Research In The Optimization Of Road Maintenance And Construction Organizations

As a result of the high speed development of traffic industry, the road maintenance construction have become regularly traffic event, and it can make bigger influence. This paper introduces the knowledge about . traffic flows theory, analyzes the basic situation about the road maintenance construction. How to organize construction and control traffic reasonnnably on the maintenance construction road section have been studied in this paper, in order to have a best plan among traffic delay, road traffic capacity, the construction cost and the construction time .The traffic flow theory, the traffic control theory and the optimized theory are applied in this topic synthetically. firstly the driver and passenger's benefit is considered, and it also evaluate overally both construction unit(including construction time limit for a project and construction cost) and the traffic management department's factor, thus the maintenance construction road section partition gap and the vehical traffic delay model is established; applying the road section impedance function, we can more accuratly computate vehicle's traffic delay in line time; In order to avoid the vehicles having two times queuing phenomena as far as possible, the traffic signal control model is established, the maintenance plan optimization model in the operation area is structured, and applying the LINGO to found optimized the road maintenance strategy, to make the traffic delay on the maintenance construction road section be smallest. The research production of this paper has presented a science method and the basis for the construction organization and the traffic controlling in road maintenance time, It has the vital significance to enhance traffic capacity, reduce the traffic delay, reduce the construction cost,decrease environmental pollution and so on, and it will also build the foundation ,give the mentality for the next further research to correlation topic.
