Since the 21 st century,with the rapid advancement of urbanization,the expansion of urban scale,and the increasing urban population,traffic congestion has become a bottleneck problem that restricts urban development with the continuous growth of motor vehicle ownership.At present,China’s transportation development has not yet reached its peak and is still growing.In addition,in the past,the planning for transportation development was too one-sided,and road planning did not take into account the rapid development of transportation,making it increasingly difficult for residents to travel and park,and traffic congestion is becoming increasingly serious.In order to alleviate the problem of parking difficulties,considering the convenience,flexibility,fast turnover,high utilization rate,and reasonable utilization of road resources,on-road parking spaces have been set up on the outside of the road without affecting normal traffic.Subsequently,parking and cruising behaviors,as well as the entry and exit of vehicles,hinder normal driving,slow down the forward speed of the traffic flow,and cause delays to the entire traffic flow.In severe cases,traffic accidents may occur.This article establishes a traffic flow delay model and a cellular automaton simulation model based on various practical problems mentioned above.Use these two models to simulate real situations and explore the impact of urban on-road parking behavior on road traffic flow.The main job responsibilities are as follows:In order to deeply explore the impact mechanism of urban on road parking behavior on traffic flow,the research will be conducted from three aspects of motor vehicle flow,non motor vehicle flow and mixed motor and non-motor vehicle flow respectively to summarize the main factors affecting traffic flow,and the road sections with no non Median strip,no central Median strip,and only one side with on road parking strips will be selected as the research objects.Using the road resistance function as the basic model for traffic flow delay,the calculation formula for road capacity is introduced to consider the impact of parking behavior on the road,thus constructing a more accurate road delay model.Among them,SPSS is used for correlation analysis to test the correlation between variables in the model.Use Origin 2021 data analysis software to fit actual measurement data and accurately calibrate model parameters.By calibrating the model,the significance of various influencing factors on the delay rate can be analyzed.After data analysis,it was found that on-road parking behavior has a significant impact on urban road capacity and delay.Based on the Na Sch model and considering both single lane and dual lane situations,cellular automata simulation models are constructed to better solve the problem of on road parking.The model takes parking proportion,parking duration,parking strip length,and other constraints,and adds parking vehicle driving rules and lane changing rules in both cases.Then,numerical simulations were conducted using Matlab software to investigate how different parking behavior factors on the road affect traffic flow.Finally,based on the actual data,using the absolute error of average speed,compare the link delay model and cellular automata model,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the two models.
