With the rapid development of international refrigerated container in the marine transportation field, the problem of the energy consumption of the refrigerated containers becomes more and more outstanding. The marine refrigerated containers go all over the world with the ship, and the heat load varies according to the ambient temperature, sea water temperature, the radialization intensity of sun and the type of delivery goods. Therefore, a research on operation nature of refrigerated containers, improving efficiency and economy of refrigerated equipments has become a important international item.The compressor, the condensation and evaporation fans of the containers are all belong to the fixed frequency compressor nowadays. The rotate speed is hard to adjust automatically according to the environment heat load and inner heat load. However, the variety of the heat load indicates directly the variety of inner temperature of refrigerated containers. Furthermore, they consume a lot of energy, the saving energy research about them is more and more important especially in the short of energy's today.This theme advances the method of integration saving energy's analysis according to the actual situation of the ship loading the refrigerated containers. And this theme analyzes them from the following two aspects: one is the refrigerated appliances. The compressor is numeral scroll compressor, and condenser and evaporator are adopted variable frequency technology. In order to save energy, them will change cubage and rotate speed according to the environment heat load and inner heat load.Anther aspect is the heat insulation effect of refrigerated containers. As different heat insulation materials have different heat insulation effect, it is very important to introduce finer heat insulation materials and methods. At the same time, this theme analyzes several different heat insulation materials and several heat insulation and several methods, brings forward VIP technology as well as solutes the arisen problems.The research on numeral scroll and variable frequent energy-adjusted technology which is applied in the general industry's refrigeration system goes on. Datum searching indicates: the proportion of their themes and periodicals and theme convergence goes up and some of them have quite matured. They have many emits such as saving energy, quick cooling, good temperature controlled precision and easily automatically controlling, so they are more and more focused on. From technology renovation and energy saving, it is very important to apply them to marine refrigerated containers.
