Buried tube WDVM(Water-cooled Digital-scroll Variable Multi)is a new kind of heat pump system ,removing the shortcomings of heat supply reduction and high energy consumption when it defrosts, and expanding the scope of cold and heat source for VRV. It can protect environment and save energy significantly and is being largely concerned by industry research institute and enterprise.This project was supported by the Qingdao science and technology bureau, built the buried tube type WDVM system, independently developed a WDVM remote control system—PLC control system , and carried out experimental study of multi-condition on the operating characteristics of cooling system, measured experimental data, researched the operating characteristics under different conditions of cooling system, provided reference data for practical application.The main researches are studied as follows:1,Built the buried tube WDVM system, developed a WDVM remote control system—PLC control system, and established experimental test system of the buried tube type WDVM.2,This article studied the start up process operation characteristics of the WDVM system, analyzed the compressor power, PWM valve (Pulse width modulatio) load time and the variation of the unit inlet and outlet water temperature.3,This paper studies mainly the relationship between system load ratio and indoor-units opening ratio in the actual project, indoor-units operating ratio impacts consumption of indoor energy. Discuss the system operating parameters influenced by indoor-units operating ratio, such as system cooling load ,unit inlet and outlet water temperature,unit energy consumption and unit coefficient of performance.4,This paper studies system response performance under the condition that room load suddenly changed: including analysis of the variation before and after room load changed suddenly.Such as the indoor temperature, indoor unit cooling load, electronic expansion valve open degree and so on, studied effects on other indoor-units operating parameters of system when room load suddenly increases.5,The paper has discussed the effect on buried tube WDVM system when water flow varies on pipe side. We can adjust water flow rate according to building load. The power consumption of the pump can be reduced , The efficiency of the system can be improved. Concrete discussion are given as follow: it specifically discussed the impact of varying water flow on unit inlet and outlet water temperature, heat transfer effect on of plate heat exchanger (condenser), compressor energy consumption, pump energy and system energy efficiency ratio.
