| Container cranes are main equipment and symbol of container internals, nowadays container crane's status and function are paid much more attention. As important technological foundation of port, container crane is able to show seaport's productivity level. For bridge container crane the cost of steel structure occupy a majority of total costs, and service life of bridge container crane lie on that of steel structure. Following the development of container carrying trade constantly, the design and manufacture of container crane are expected to be a higher level.Aim at this actuality, I have finished two aspects study in this paper: One is applying CAD/CAE integrated technology to design of large scale port machinery in order to advancing the quality and efficiency of design. Be limited by the length and time, CAD parts' data center part in the entire system have been finished by other students. The major content in this paper is how to achieve some key problem and difficult points in the analysis of finite element of CAD/CAE integrated technology. All these has inaugurated the development of CAD/CAE integrated technology in the design of port machinery. The other is discussing the factors which affect the metal structure of crane in the course of design, and bringing up improved measures.As to the first question, CAD/CAE integrated technology hasn't been achieved perfectly in the course of port machinery's 3D design at present. In the compositive course, there are still some problems in the data traffic between two softwares, and the complete transfer of model information need to be solved. CAD and CAE have been correlated by SQL Serve in this paper, and this will finish thedata traffic from CAD model to the CAE model. The manual——software dialogmode which is adopted by many design branch in the analysis of finite element has been wash out,. By inquiring about the database set up by CAD design personnel with VB formality, the parameterized formality macro files which will automatically set up the model of container crane and analysis can be programmed with APDL language in the ANSYS. The results of analysis and the problem of the model will be fed back to design personnel. Then design personnel amend the 3D model and renovate the SQL Server synchronization. And we will be back to the CAE analytic course by circulating the micro file in the ANSYS. Repeat the steps above until perfect model is gained. This method offer a new way about CAD/CAE integrated design, and achieve synchronous renovation between entity model in CAD and finite element model in CAE by amending data in the database.As to the second question,many factors are represented in this paper about the evaluation of reliability of container crane, such as static intensity, fatigue intensity, static rigidity, dynamic rigidity, bucking and stability. This paper analyzes in these point of views, and gives amelioration instance in process of design. So the design of crane will be more safe and reasonable. |
