Pumping station is common equipment in large water resource and hydropower engineering. The characteristics of the fixed-style pumping station are large capability and more investment. They are located in certain place for water supply and drainage after installation, and play an important role in flood fighting and draining. However, because of some disadvantages, people need to exploit moving pumping station with high maneuverability as necessary complement. According to this situation, theoretical analysis and experiment research of a new movable hydraulic pumping station is provided in this paper.Firstly, the pumping system lifting mechanism of movable pumping station is designed, the motion of lifting system is analyzed, and kinematics equation of this action is proposed. Based on the equation, the displacement, velocity and acceleration are analyzed, and the key motion parameters curves of the mechanism is plotted by MATLAB, work space of the system is calculate. Further, dynamics analysis of the mechanism is done, and method of choosing proper cable wire is provided.Secondly, the principle to the hydraulic system of movable hydraulic pumping station is designed. Based on analysis of working process, transform and conversion of energy are analyzed during the system working. The paper also addresses the matching principle among Hydraulic motor, Hydraulic pump and diesel engine. The main performance parameters choice of each element is provide, and analyze working range of these elements.Thirdly, this paper studied the working performance of water pump; and pointed out the methods of determining working point. The experiment data of movable hydraulic pumping station is obtained in test bench and validated theory analysis. According to the experiment results, the optimal working point is established.Finally, theory analysis to the heat balance system of hydraulic system is done, and the submerge cooling tube fitted for characters of movable hydraulic pumping station is designed, and the structural design on the sucker is finished with the best cooling effect.
