| Gas-steam Combined-cycle power plant is characterized by high thermal efficiency, good peak shaving performance, so it is at rapid development throughout the world. At present, gas-steam combined cycle is one of the main development orientations for China power industry. Now, many GTCC power plants put into production along with the "West-East natural gas transmission" project.Gas turbine control system is a big and complex system,this article take BanShan natural gas electricity generation project 9FA GTCC unit as an example, depict the generals tructur of MARK VI control system ,and analysed the control and protection module in detail,such as:start and shut down control, speed control,temperature control,acceleration control; OS protection,OT protection, combustion control and monitor. We also optimize the control system and control policy based on actual unit operating situation.BanShan power plant installed the first 9FA GTCC unit in China. Refer to the good overseas experience ,we summarized the common way of MARK VI control system commissioning. The article analyzed the common problems of unit commissioning, such as: the control system ethernet communication breakdown; unit starting time longer than GE design; and so on. At last the article aimed at these questions to give the feasible solution.Gas turbine control system is still blank in China, so we study MARK VI system seriously is help to maintain the GE 9FA unit well, and help to design our own GT control system the same time. |
