The Quality Management Solutions Of Commissioning Work On Large Gas Turbine

The power industry plays a supporting role for the development of economy and society in our country. In nearly a decade, China started to vigorously support the construction of large gas turbine project. The commissioning work is not only the last step in the construction of gas turbine, but also the test of its design, equipment manufacturing and thermal power system installation. Therefore, the quality management in gas turbine’s commissioning work has an important relationship with its successful commercial operation formally.This dissertation aims at optimizing the quality management in gas turbine’s commissioning work through the theoretical research and case analysis. First of all, there is a thorough literature review about the basic theory of project quality management; and then the analysis about the characteristics of quality management in gas turbine’s commissioning work was carried out. On this basis, the problems of the quality management in gas turbine’s commissioning work were found out in the perspective of the quality elements. Next, the key points of quality management in gas turbine’s commissioning work were summarized in order to find the solutions of the problems mentioned above. Then the corresponding optimization measures from the perspective of quality elements were found out; finally, a feasibility test about the optimization measures through the practical application in the actual case that author involved in was carried out to prove their reliability.This dissertation provides a more perfect management mode and system for the quality management in gas turbine’s commissioning work. At the same time, it promotes the development of the quality management theory in the commissioning area.
