With the development and consummation of power marketing technique supporting system, many power supply companies created a power marketing technique supporting system according to distribution grid technology, based on power marketing management information system, also including calling center system, e-payment system and supported by load management, tele-meter reading,line loss etc. This system has a great effect on marketing, management and decision-making.There are six kinds of marketing technique supporting system have already built in many power supply companies such as: marketing management information system, calling center system, load management system, distribution grid tracking system, residential tele-mater reading system, region power energy collecting system. Those systems are developed by the following companies: Jiyuan software company,Jiyuan power net company, AnHui ZhongTian Ltd., WuHan ZhongYuan electronic company, ShangHai HuaGuan Ltd. etc. And these systems usually use database platforms such as: Oracle8i, Oracle9i,SQLserver2000 etc. Because of the different development time period, purpose and developers' develop platform, the system data cannot be shared and it has limitation in integration usage of system data especially in statistics of marketing management, analysis and decision-making.To make the marketing decision service system more powerful, we are going to create a integrated application analysis system that can fit the change of power market and the power marketing management. With the experience of interprovincial company we combine with the actuality and the software, hardware. After a research of a. period of time, we found that the conditions of developing a marketing technique supporting system based on the six main system is satisfied.In this paper we are to discuss a system which combines every system's operation data through the development of marketing technique with supporting system and this system can support to decision-making of marketing management.Our marketing technique supporting integrated system using J2EE software framework, 3 layers B/S structure including: Custom client, web layer and EIS layer. This structure connects web browser, operation system, database management system, application server, front-end develop tool and many system software, hardware resources together. In a word, we build an integrated, multi-steps, safety and simple operated running environment, which can ensure to enlarge the system with powerful technique guarantee.
