| Today, with the expansion of globe trade, the flow of cargos between ports around the world becomes more and more frequent. Ports around the world, especially container ports developing rapidly these years. Requirement of the efficiency of these machines are higher and higher, so the speed of hoist and trolley is designed to be increased. And the impact appears on the trolley structure, the trolley wheel, the trolley horizontal wheel and the structure of the whole machine.In fact, there are some accidents correlated to the increasing of the trolley speed. The frequently damage to the bearing on trolley wheel and horizontal wheel is the direct result of the higher speed. The increasing of the trolley speed also results in larger vibration and influents the security, which makes the operator in trouble of work environment and influents fatigue of the structure welding parts.The horizontal force and vibration in this paper produced by several reasons are concluded as follows: wheel partial to one side; cargo eccentricity when trolley accelerated; the rough rail; steel wire with different phase angle, and so on. The software ANSYS and ADAMS are used to analysis the character of the horizontal force to search solution for latter design. |
