As typical materials handling equipment, bridge crane has lots of advantages, such as compact structure, flexibility, convenient operation, wide application and so on, so it is widely used in plant for transportation. Currently, the domestic market mostly adopts the support by oneself, but it has huge transmission chain, complex structure, and large trolley rigid and mass. Design of lightweight trolley is optimizing hoisting mechanism and simplifying support positions, making compact structure for the whole trolley. Dynamic characteristic of lightweight bridge crane trolley and its hoisting mechanism becomes more complex, but the domestic research of this field is still in the exploratory stage. This paper is supported by the national science and technology support program project, "the research on lightweight general technology of bridge crane" (project number:2015BAF06B01), taking lightweight bridge crane trolley as the key point of research, the dynamic analysis is carried on. The main contents are as follows:(1) Considering the elastic of trolley transmission, based on the calculation principle of equivalent system parameter, the principle of quality calculation, D'Alembert's principle and so on, the trolley dynamics model and the motion differential equations is established, the factors influencing the system natural frequency, the inner torque and so on is analyzed, based on lagrange dynamics equation, the trolley dynamic load were analyzed and studied in hoisting working conditions.(2) Based on the structural characteristics of lightweight hoisting mechanism, the three reaction force and force of reducer output end is analyzed, the rigid-flexible coupled dynamics model of lightweight bridge crane trolley is established. By the assumed mode method, the dynamics equation of trolley is solved in hoisting case, by the software MAPLE, dynamic displacement trolley is analyzed on the direction of gravity.(3) Based on ANSYS, the finite element model of lightweight bridge crane trolley is established, according to the steel wire rope and the trolley, after the stress analysis of hoisting mechanism, the trolley model is carried on the statics analysis and modal analysis, according to the special working condition of trolley unloading, the trolley and its hoisting mechanism is carried on transient dynamics simulation analysis, the statics calculation and dynamics simulation is comparatively studied to provide data basis for next model.(4) Based on ANSYS, ADAMS and PROE, the rigid-flexible and multi rigid coupled model of lightweight bridge crane trolley is established, two models of the lightweight trolley are carried on the simulation analysis by the dynamic load. According to the typical operating condition, the trolley mechanisms are analyzed by dynamics simulation, the amplitude and velocity vibration characteristics are comparatively studied on the trolley parts, the key components are analyzed by stress trend, theoretical analysis is verified by some simulation results.(5) Based on test platform of lightweight bridge crane trolley, according to the structural characteristics of the trolley, the trolley parts are carried on dynamic test and research, its dynamic properties are analyzed under typical conditions, through comparing with simulation model, the rationality of the simulation model is verified, the dynamic analysis process of lightweight trolley is completed from theory to practical verification.
