The electrical load calculating in the residential quarters affects reasonable choice for all kinds of electrical in the residential quarters,it also relates to the electricity safety and reliable operation of electrical equipment for thousands of families.According to the demand coefficient method by current national standard, selecting reasonable residential calculated load and demand coefficient is the key to get an accurate and reasonable load calculating result.So there are two main issues studied in this papenhow to make sure the indicators of load calculating in unit residence, and how to make a scientific choice on demand coefficient.Aiming at the abuse of confirming a calculated load in the home merely by the building area in the current residential-electrical design standard of Fuzhou, we regard some typical residential buildings in Fuzhou City as the research objects, and investigate the inhabitant of the economic condition,family construction, household appliances quantity and power consumption etc..Through these investigation we put forward in this paper that the home appliances power is a principal part to make up of residential calculated load, and obtain some sample datas to establish a load-forecasting model which regards home appliances power as independent variable and residential calculated load as dependent-variable.This model is established according to the applied regression analysis by the software of Excel. We can resolve the problem above with this model and apply to forecast the calculated load in the residence of different economic condition;In addition because of the faultiness in the current standard to decide different demand coefficient from different residential number, we study the regulation of demand coefficient in this paper, and adopt a kind of three-segments-inducing method to get a mathematic analog from the data of demand coefficient and residential number, and obtain the different demand coefficient to different residential number. With the mathematic analog we can avoid the indetermination and the experience in deciding a demand coefficient in the engineering design, and increase the accuracy in calculating load, from which we will make it close to the actual engineering more scientifically.
